Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-06-08.

By connecting to the HarvestSeason server or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition and comply with Mojang/Microsoft's terms. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Server Rules. You will not cheat, exploit, abuse automation, harass others, disrupt the service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data.

3. Virtual items have no real-world value

Ranks, currency, cosmetics, scores and other in-game items are licences to use features on the server. They are not your property, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be modified, reset, or removed — including at season end, which wipes scores and resets islands by design.

4. Purchases & donations

Any purchases or donations are governed by our Store / EULA policy. All purchases provide cosmetic or convenience perks only, in compliance with the Minecraft EULA. There is no pay-to-win and no real-world prize pool.

5. Server discretion

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time; change gameplay, rules, or features; and restrict, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion, including for rule violations. Punishments are issued per the Punishments policy.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost progress, or downtime arising from your use of the service.

7. Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft

Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
