The Partner program
Partners are the people and communities HarvestSeason grows alongside — creators, partner servers/communities, and brands. Apply on the partners page; if it's a good mutual fit, you join the public partners wall and get a Partner role plus a private partner lounge on our Discord. It's a relationship, not a purchase — nothing here is pay-to-win.
The Partner program is how HarvestSeason recognizes the people and communities we grow alongside — the creators who cover us, the servers and communities we cross-promote with, and the brands and tools we’re affiliated with. It sits next to our supporter ranks and our contributors as a third, separate way to be part of the story — but where supporters give money and contributors give a skill, partners bring a relationship.
Who partners are
There are four kinds of partner:
- Content creators — YouTubers, streamers, and video creators who feature HarvestSeason.
- Communities & servers — partner Minecraft communities and servers we grow alongside.
- Official partners — formal, ongoing partnerships with the server.
- Brands & tools — tools, brands, and services HarvestSeason is affiliated with.
What partners get
- A spot on the public partners wall, with your logo, a short blurb, and a link to your channel, community, or site.
- A Partner role on our Discord and access to a private partner lounge channel, so you have a direct line to the team.
- Cross-promotion and a genuine two-way relationship — we want our partners to do well, because that’s the whole point.
Partnership is a relationship, not a purchase. It costs nothing, and it grants no in-game advantage of any kind — no score, no balance, no perks that touch gameplay. That’s a hard line: HarvestSeason is never pay-to-win, and partnerships are no exception.
How to apply
- Tell us about yourself. Head to Become a partner, sign in, and share who you are — your channel, community, or brand, your audience, your links, and how you’d like to work together.
- We review the fit. A staff member investigates your request: who your audience is, how well it overlaps with our players, and whether your links and contact check out. We’re looking for a real, healthy, two-way fit.
- We approve good matches. If it’s a fit, you go live on the partners wall, and the next role sync gives you the Partner role + the partner lounge on Discord.
What we look for
We weigh fit over raw numbers. A creator with a smaller but genuinely engaged audience that overlaps with farming/competitive Minecraft players is a better partner than a huge but unrelated one. We look for:
- A real, active community or channel — not a brand-new or abandoned one.
- Overlap with the kind of players who’d enjoy HarvestSeason.
- A healthy two-way relationship (we generally won’t partner with a direct, predatory competitor).
- Links and contact details that check out.

FAQ
What's the difference between a partner, a supporter, and a contributor?
Supporters buy cosmetic ranks to back the server; contributors volunteer a skill (graphics, video, builds, writing) and sign a volunteer agreement; partners are external relationships — other servers/communities, content creators, or brands we cross-promote and grow alongside. They're three separate recognition walls.
Does becoming a partner cost anything, or give an in-game advantage?
No. Partnership is a mutual relationship, never a purchase, and it grants no score, balance, or gameplay advantage — that would break our no-pay-to-win rule. The perks are recognition and a closer line to the team.
How long does review take?
Staff review partnership requests like any other ticket — usually a few days. We look into your audience and fit and verify your links before approving, so larger or less-established applicants can take a little longer.
Do I need a big audience?
Not necessarily. We care about fit — a genuine overlap with our players and a real, active community or channel — more than raw numbers. Smaller creators and communities are welcome to apply.
Can I apply if I run another Minecraft server?
Yes. Partner servers and communities are one of the partner types, as long as the relationship is a healthy two-way fit (and not a direct, predatory competitor). Tell us how you'd like to grow together.
