Discord channels & navigation
Our Discord is organized into a few clear categories — Information, Server, Community, Partners, and staff-only areas. Read the Information channels once, watch the Server channels for live status and season news, hang out and pick notification roles in Community, and remember that all intake (applications, appeals, reports, bug reports, suggestions, support) lives on the website now.
The HarvestSeason Discord is a social hub — a place to follow the server, talk to other players, and pick up your rank role. It’s deliberately tidy: a handful of categories, each with a clear job. Here’s the map.
All intake lives on the website now. Applications, appeals, player reports, bug reports, suggestions, polls, and support tickets are all submitted on the site. The Discord slash commands just send you to the right page — see The player’s guide to our Discord for the full command list.
📌 Information
Read-only channels the bot keeps up to date. Skim them once when you join:
- #welcome & #welcome-to-the-harvest — the front door and a warm intro.
- #link-account — how to link your Minecraft and Discord accounts (do this first — see Linking your accounts).
- #about — what HarvestSeason is.
- #how-to-vote — where and how to vote for rewards.
- #links — the website, wiki, store, and other quick links.
- #announcements & #changelog — official news and patch notes from the team.
📊 Server
Live feeds the bot writes — your window into the running server:
- #server-status — a live status board (online/offline, player count, current season) that edits itself in place.
- #game-feed — season news and the big in-game moments.
- #achievements — level milestones and rare mythic crop drops as they happen.
- #featured — community highlights.
- #supporters — shout-outs for supporters and donators who keep the harvest growing.
- #events — scheduled season events and festival windows (festivals).
🌾 Community
The human side — chat, share, and tune your notifications:
- #general & #off-topic — the main hangouts.
- #introductions — say hi when you arrive.
- #media — share screenshots and clips of your farm (the best get featured).
- #bot-commands — run the bot’s slash commands here to keep other channels clean.
- #roles — the notification role picker. Opt into the pings you actually want — announcements, patch notes, events, playtest pings, and season pings — and skip the rest.
- Voice channels — including a Join to Create room that spins up a temporary voice channel for you and your friends, plus a few themed lounges.
🤝 Partners
A private partner lounge for our partners — content creators, partner communities, and brands we grow alongside. It’s only visible to partners and staff.
🛡️ Staff & 🪵 Logs
Staff-only areas: staff chat, the tiered offices, a staff-notifications feed, and the log channels the bot writes. You won’t see these unless you’re on the team — that’s by design.
Getting around
- Link your account so the bot can give you your rank role and recognize you across the site — here’s how.
- Pick your roles in #roles so you only get the pings you care about.
- Need help? Start in #get-help, or read Getting help & support.
