Supporter ranks
Supporter ranks (Patron, Benefactor, Luminary) are an optional, cosmetic-only way to support the server from the store. They add a [$] badge alongside your earned rank plus cosmetic flair — hats, name-colour gradients, supporter pets, décor and a join message. They never affect score, balance or yield, and the competitive field stays identical for everyone.
Supporter ranks are an optional way to support HarvestSeason. They’re a separate, cosmetic-only track — completely distinct from the earned mastery ladder and from staff ranks — and they exist purely as a thank-you. No supporter perk affects gameplay.
The three ranks
Each rank includes everything in the one below it. They’re available from the store (sign in first so the rank applies to the correct account — see Linking your account).

The [$] badge — you keep your earned rank
A supporter rank does not overwrite the rank you earned. Instead it shows a compact [$]
badge next to your existing prefix (hover it to see the tier). So a long-time farmer who supports
the server still wears their [CULTIVATOR] (or higher) earned prefix — the badge sits alongside
it, not over it. Your hard-earned rank always stays visible.
The badge uses a warm bronze → gold → radiant colour family that escalates across the three tiers but reads clearly distinct from the single champion gold, which stays reserved for season winners.
Cosmetic only — always
This is the line that never moves: supporter perks are visual and social, never power.
- They never change your score, balance, sell value, growth speed, or crop yield.
- Every supporter cosmetic has a free or earned equivalent, so non-supporters are never locked out of self-expression.
- The leaderboard is decided only by season score from manual harvesting — a supporter and a non-supporter on the same farm earn exactly the same.
This keeps the competition honest and keeps the server compliant with the Mojang EULA (no pay-to-win, no real-world advantage).
Persistence
Like all cosmetics, supporter ranks and their perks persist across season resets. Buy once and it’s yours season after season; only score and islands reset.

Are supporter ranks pay-to-win?
No. Every supporter perk is purely cosmetic or social — hats, colours, pets, décor, a join message. None of them touch score, balance, sell value, growth or crop yield. That's a hard rule and the reason the server stays fair (and EULA-compliant).
Do I lose my earned rank if I buy a supporter rank?
No. Supporter ranks don't replace your earned or staff rank — they add a small [$] badge next to it. You keep the [CULTIVATOR] (etc.) prefix you earned through mastery.
Do supporter perks carry across seasons?
Yes. Like all cosmetics, supporter perks and your rank persist across season resets. Only score and islands reset.
